\u5c71\u8336\u6cb9(\u82e6\u8336\u6cb9) Camellia Oil;<\/p>\n

\u67b8\u675e Goji Berry;<\/p>\n

\u9752\u8525 Green Onion;<\/p>\n

\u91ac\u6cb9 Soy Sauce(\u975e\u5fc5\u9700optional)<\/p>\n

\u624b\u5de5\u9eb5\u7dda\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u88fd\u4f5c\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6709\u52a0\u9e7d\u589e\u52a0\u97cc\u6027\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u70f9\u716e\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u52a0\u9e7d\u6216\u91ac\u6cb9\u3002\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u82e5\u4f7f\u7528\u6a5f\u5668\u88fd\u7684\u9eb5\u7dda\u4e0d\u50c5\u9eb5\u9ad4\u8f03\u8edf\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u542b\u9e7d\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

The reason that soy sauce is optional is that if the noodle is handmade, there is already salt in it.<\/p>\n

In other words, if you use regular machine made noodle, soy sauce or salt is required.<\/p>\n

(Unfortunately, this kind of handmade noodle is very rare outside of Taiwan.)<\/p>\n

\u5c07\u82e6\u8336\u6cb9\u5012\u5165\u934b\u4e2d \u52a0\u71b1\u81f3 160~180\u2103\u3002\u82e6\u8336\u6cb9\uff0c\u767c\u7159\u9ede\u5728220\u2103 \u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\b\u001e\u662f\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u70b8\u6cb9\u3002<\/p>\n

Pour the Camellia Oil into the frying pan and heat it to 160~180 \u2103. Camellia Oil has a smoking point as high as 220\u2103, making it an ideal frying oil.<\/p>\n

Pour the garlic into the pan to fry. The oil must be hot enough to generate the sizzling sound; otherwise the garlic will not be crispy and will have a bit of mushy texture.<\/p>\n
